Not only are we a family doctor office, we offer internal medicine and infectious disease services as well.
With over 30 years of experience as an internist, Dr. Slattery specializes in adult diseases such as diabetes & neuropathy, dementia, heart (cardiovascular) disease, high blood pressure, obesity, COPD, gout, osteoarthritis, thyroid disease, sleep medicine, skin disease, heartburn & GERD and more.
However, as a primary care physician’s office with on site Nurse Practitioner, we can treat your common cold, flu, minor aches & sprains, upper respiratory infections, UTI’s, ear wax impaction & sinus infections, pink eye, nausea, vomiting, headaches, migraines, asthma, allergies, you name it.
Finally, Dr. Slattery is your local infectious disease doctor, with extensive experience in HIV & AIDS care including treatment plans for those with or without insurance. We offer antiretroviral treatments in the North/Central Brevard area.
In Office Pharmacy
Our onsite pharmacy offers convenience, discretion and speed, taking most popular prescription plans including prescription assistance for certain services. Massage Therapy
Our in house massage therapist evaluates your symptoms to create a customized massage session to alleviate your specific symptoms. Free STD & HIV Testing
Our in house free clinic offers STD testing & treatment, Hep-C Testing & Treatment and HIV testing & treatment regardless of insurance or financial stability. We also offer PrEP medication for free. With almost 40 years of experience our in house counselor Claire C. Boland LMHC/CEAP/SAP covers any type of counseling you may need. From couples counseling, teenage or youth counseling, depression, anxiety, grief & loss to family counseling, parenting, postpartum depression, PTSD, OCD, alcoholism, drug abuse, gambling, eating disorders and so much more.
