Use this page to understand how to purchase a featured listing or homepage advertising placement for a practice.
- Open Featured Listings & Advertising.
- Choose the listing tier or advertising placement that fits your needs and review the displayed price and billing interval.
- Enter the requested business and billing details. Do not enter patient information.
- Continue to the secure Stripe checkout page to complete payment.
- Return to the site and use Provider Account to review eligible listing and subscription details.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Recurring plans renew according to the terms displayed during checkout. Eligible account holders can use the billing portal to manage payment methods and invoices or request cancellation. Cancellation timing and access are governed by the active subscription terms.
Payment problems
If checkout fails, do not submit payment repeatedly. Check whether your bank approved the transaction, then retry once or use the billing portal if you already have an active subscription.
